I am in my third year at Hillwood High School teaching AP Chemistry and Chemistry I. I have taught in Metro for 35 years (Rose Park Jr., West End, and Hillsboro). I graduated rom Tennessee Tech with my B.S. degree and Middle Tennessee State with my M.Ed. degree. During the summer I am an AP chemistry reader traveling to Lincoln, Nebraska. I, also, coach the varsity wrestling team.
I'm married to a wonderful southern belle, Gloria; we will be celebrating our 39th anniversary this year. We have three children. The two oldest, Sharron and Barbara are married. The youngest, Todd, just graduated from Cumberland University. We also have two grandchildren.
I enjoy working around the house, scuba diving, and playing golf in my spare time. This summer I painted my 1996 Honda Civic sapphire blue metallic. It is not purple!!
