The Metropolitan Nashville Board of Education announces a vacancy in the following position:

Senior Secretary
12 Months – Grade 7 – Base Hourly Rate $13.43
Planning and Construction

Employment Standards:

High School Diploma or GED supplemented by training and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Three (3) years of progressively responsible secretarial experience.

Reviews and distributes mail; composes correspondences; maintains accurate files and related documents; directs and accurately records telephone calls; greets and assists office visitors; processes requisitions as needed; assists in developing and managing office budget and ordering office supplies; processes change orders and supplemental change requests from designers and contractors; works closely with payroll department on matters pertaining to employee pay and related payment for vendors; manages general office activities, etc.
