The School of Music at Middle Tennessee State University has named twenty-one band students of Hillwood High School to the prestigious 22nd Annual Wind Band Conference roster hosted by MTSU. The students selected were chosen based on several criteria indicators including musical aptitude, performance skills, leadership, district standing and participation at solo and ensemble festival, and overall scholastic achievement.

The twenty-one students are:

These students have been given SRA's and other appropriate documentation. The students will depart on February 5th, 2009 at 12:45 PM and return home Saturday, February 7th, 2009.
