When registering a new student, please bring:

· Birth Certificate

· Social Security Card

· Recent Physical form

· Immunization record

· Past school records

· Proof of residence (copy of bill or mail)

If student is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present for registration or withdrawal.
