Parents and Students,

In order to accommodate a fair and equitable way to cover the cost of activities at Hillwood High School a reasonable fee must be imposed to meet the expenses. Therefore, again this year Hillwood will access class dues to cover necessary expenses. If there are mitigating circumstances surrounding payment of class dues, please contact Mr. Rick Smith (Rickey.Smith@mnps.org), Program Manager for grades 9, 10, and 11. For seniors contact Mr. Wayne Parker (Wayne.Parker@mnps.org), Graduation Coach at Hillwood High School.

Class Dues each Year

            Freshman Year            $10

            Sophomore Year         $10

            Junior Year                   $20

            Senior Year                  $30

Class dues will not cover all of our expenses; it will help offset the following activities:

• Homecoming Activities (Football)
• Special Discount for Special Events, Assemblies and Pep Rally’s
• Coming Home Activities (Basketball)
• Freshmen Social
• Sophomore Field Day
• Prom – Juniors and Seniors
• Prom Fashion Show
• Senior Fall and Spring Picnic
• Senior Week Activities
• Graduation Expenses
• Baccalaureate
